Booking & Payment
How do I book an Umrah package?
Booking is simple. Fill in our online enquiry form or WhatsApp us with your requirements. We send you a confirmed quote within 1 hour. Pay a deposit to secure your booking. Submit your documents for visa processing. Receive your full travel pack including tickets, visa, and hotel vouchers before departure. We guide you through every step.
Are your packages ATOL protected?
Yes. All our flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected. You will receive an ATOL Certificate at the time of booking, giving you full financial protection. We are also IATA accredited.
What is the deposit amount?
Our standard deposit is 150 pounds per person, which secures your flights and hotel. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure for most packages and 12 weeks for peak season and Ramadan bookings. We can discuss flexible payment plans for larger group bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Bank transfer is preferred as it avoids card processing fees. We do not accept cash payments. All payments are made directly to our company account — we will never ask you to pay to a personal account.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees depend on how close to departure you cancel. Generally: 12 or more weeks before — deposit only which is non-refundable; 8 to 12 weeks — 50 percent of package cost; 4 to 8 weeks — 75 percent; under 4 weeks — 100 percent. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation. Full terms are provided at booking.
During Umrah
Will there be a guide during Umrah?
Selected packages include a qualified Islamic tour guide who accompanies you throughout your trip, explains the rituals of Umrah, and conducts guided Ziyarat tours in both Makkah and Madinah. If a guide is not included, we provide detailed written guides and 24/7 phone support.
What support is available while we are in Saudi Arabia?
Our team provides 24/7 UK phone and WhatsApp support throughout your trip. You will also have a local contact number in Saudi Arabia. In case of any issue such as flight delays, hotel problems, or medical emergencies, we are on hand to assist immediately.
What should I pack for Umrah?
Essential items include Ihram garments for men, modest loose clothing for women, comfortable walking shoes for extensive walking, a small bag for the Haram, any prescription medication, photocopies of your passport and visa, your ATOL certificate, and a travel prayer mat. We send a full packing checklist with your booking confirmation.
Is there transport between Makkah and Madinah?
Yes. All packages include intercity transport between Makkah and Madinah by modern air-conditioned coach. This is arranged and included in your package — you do not need to book it separately.
Flights & Airports
Which UK airports do you depart from?
We arrange flights from all major UK airports including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Bristol. If your nearest airport is not listed, contact us as we cover most UK airports.
Which airlines do you use for Umrah flights?
We work with multiple airlines to find the best option for your route and budget, including Saudi Airlines, flydubai, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, and Fly Nas. The airline will be confirmed in your booking documents.
How long is the flight from the UK to Saudi Arabia?
Direct flights from London take approximately 6 to 7 hours to Jeddah for Makkah packages or to Madinah. From northern UK airports such as Manchester or Edinburgh, flights are typically 6 to 8 hours. Some routes involve a connection which can add 2 to 4 hours. We confirm exact flight details in your booking.
Do you offer direct flights?
We offer both direct and connecting flight options depending on your departure airport and travel dates. Direct flights are available from London Heathrow, Manchester, and Birmingham on most dates. We will always tell you if a connection is involved before you book.
Hotels
How close are the hotels to the Haram?
Hotel proximity to the Haram varies by package. Our 5 star packages include hotels within 200 metres, some connected directly to the Haram complex. 4 star hotels are typically 5 to 15 minutes walk. 3 star and economy hotels are generally 15 to 30 minutes walk, with shuttle buses available. Exact distances are listed on each package detail page.
What are the hotel room options?
Most hotels offer twin rooms with two single beds, double rooms with one large bed, triple rooms, and family rooms. The standard price is per person based on twin-share. Single supplements, family room upgrades, and interconnecting rooms can be arranged — contact us for pricing.
Is breakfast included in all packages?
Breakfast is included in most 4 star and 5 star packages, as noted in the package features. 3 star and economy packages are typically room-only. Some VIP packages include half-board covering breakfast and dinner. This is clearly stated on each package.
Packages & Pricing
What is included in your Umrah packages?
All standard packages include: return flights from your chosen UK airport, Umrah visa processing, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, airport to hotel transfers, and intercity transport. Selected packages also include daily breakfast, Ziyarat tours, and a qualified tour guide. Check each package page for exact inclusions.
Can I customise my Umrah package?
Absolutely. We specialise in bespoke Umrah packages built around your specific requirements. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or our enquiry form with your preferred departure airport, travel dates, hotel star rating, number of nights in each city, and budget. We will send you a tailored quote — often at a better price than an off-the-shelf package.
Are your prices per person?
Yes. All prices shown on our website are per person, based on two adults sharing a twin or double room. Prices for single occupancy, triple rooms, child rates, or family packages may differ. Contact us for an accurate quote based on your group size.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 10 or more travellers qualify for our group pricing which is often significantly cheaper per person than individual bookings. We also handle all the logistics for larger groups including group check-in, transfers, and a dedicated group leader. Contact us to discuss your group.
Why do package prices change?
Umrah package prices fluctuate based on flight fares, hotel room availability, Saudi government visa fees, and booking lead time. Prices are typically lower when booked well in advance and during off-peak travel months. We recommend booking early to secure the best price.
Umrah Visa
Is the Umrah visa included in your packages?
Yes. The Umrah visa is included in all our standard packages. We handle the full application on your behalf — you simply provide scanned copies of your passport, passport photo, and any additional documents requested by the Saudi consulate, and we take care of everything else.
How long does Umrah visa processing take?
Processing typically takes 3 to 7 working days once we receive all your documents. We recommend submitting documents at least 4 to 6 weeks before your departure date to allow plenty of time. During peak seasons such as Ramadan and school holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
What documents are needed for an Umrah visa?
You will generally need: a valid UK passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date, a recent passport-sized colour photo with white background, a completed visa application form which we provide, proof of booking, and for female pilgrims under 45 a mahram travelling with them or a letter of consent. We will guide you through the full list when you book.
Can women travel for Umrah without a mahram?
Saudi Arabia updated its Umrah visa rules to allow women aged 45 and above to travel in organised groups without a mahram, provided they are accompanied by the tour group. Women under 45 still require a mahram. We can advise you on the current regulations when you enquire.
